TechSite is Starting the Summer with a Trip to a Ball Game
TechSite employees, family and friends started the summer with a trip to a Dayton Dragons baseball game. The Dayton Dragons are the Cincinnati Reds A Minor League Affiliate. TechSite picked a Dayton Dragons’ baseball game, so both TechSite team members in Plain City, OH and Carmel, IN could spend time together. We were able to do that.
We had 25 TechSite team members, friends and family from both locations attend the game. After a brief scare with the weather, it ended up being a beautiful evening. Even though the Dragons lost the game, everyone attending had a great evening.

TechSite's Annual Christmas Party
With the holidays right around the corner, TechSite held it’s annual Christmas Party at Roll 3 bowling alley in Reynoldsburg. Over 35 team members, family and friends had fund bowling, enjoyed a delicious lunch and participated in the traditional white elephant gift exchange.
To put a unique touch to gift giving this year, TechSite handed each employee a custom present. Melissa Hare sent out a survey to every TechSite team member earlier in the year. Based on the results of the survey, Melissa and Jim worked to personalize each gift that TechSite team members received.
Also during the Christmas party, Mike VanScoy was recognized for 10 years of service to TechSite. Mike was hired as a construction manager. Over the last several years, Mike has served as Director of Maintenance Services. During his tenure as Director of Maintenance Services, the maintenance department has grown in sales, customers, and TechSite team members. Mike has been a major reason for this growth.
Wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas holiday!!!!
TechSite Celebrates its 16th Anniversary!
On December 1st, TechSite celebrated its 16th anniversary. The TechSite team members celebrated this milestone with cake, ice cream, and lunch. Remote sites in Indiana, Iowa and, North Carolina received cookies in honor of this important occasion. Reflecting over the years from TechSite’s beginnings to becoming a leading data center service provider, owner Jim Shrader humbly reflects on the most significant value the company has; it’s customers. “What surprises me most is just how far our efforts have reached around the globe. We have collectively worked on projects from Iceland to Australia and from Guam to Siberia. We have worked in 16 countries, and US Territories in addition to 30 of the continental 48 states.”
When asked what he was most proud of over the past sixteen years, TechSite owner Jim Schrader said, “What makes me most proud is how I feel about our awesome team. The crew constantly makes a lot of sacrifices for the company and for our customers. These sacrifices include working nights, weekends, and holidays to insure that our customer’s mission critical facilities are protected.”
Founded in 2001, TechSite spans the globe and offers a large scope of data center mission-critical services.
