Service: TechSite has provided a variety of services for Safelite Glass Corp. These services have included design, construction monitoring, and Turnkey construction for several projects. These projects have included a number of UPS installations, a new national call center in 1999, space planning & design for the corporate relocation, as well as many other project management, engineering, and design services throughout the years.

TechSite's most recent projects for Safelite Glass Corp provided complete Turnkey services for a Computer Room Expansion, a New Dual Bus UPS System and a New Standby Generator. In addition, we provided space planning, engineering and construction monitoring for a new call center. These projects were completed in December of 2002. The computer room was expanded nearly 3,000 Square feet and included the replacement of the old Halon Fire Suppression System with a new FM 200 System, installation of five new Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRACs) to remove Safelite's dependency on the Building Chillers; the installation of a new 225 kVA UPS with six new Power Distribution Units (PDUs), and four new Static Transfer Switches (STS). The UPS, PDUs and STSs were designed and installed to work with the existing 125 kVA UPS to form a Dual Bus UPS System. The new call center design included the installation of a new 225 kVA UPS with a Computer Room Air Conditioner. We designed and installed a 2000 kW Standby Generator with four separate automatic transfer switches to complete the new system. Additional services included design and installation of structural steel, designing and providing a new computer room command center, and installation of a new, critical systems monitoring, and control system. We are currently finishing a project with Safelite related to a new Call Center in their Home Office building.

In 2010, TechSite was hired to run a very fast paced project with a very short window in which to deliver a functioning data center in support of a call center in Chandler, AZ. A complete demolition of an existing data center and NOC including the demolition of entire raised floor, the removal of two 20 Ton CRAC, the existing PDU occurred. Once demo was completed a new raised floor, (raised from a height of 16 inches to 20 inches), 2 new Liebert PDU's and whips, reinstallation of existing CRACs in relocated spaces, and one new Liebert 20 ton CRAC were installed. TechSite also installed a new EPO system, fire protection system with bypass capabilities, a new Leak detection and new Site Scan monitoring system. Additionally the existing UPS System was replaced with a new Liebert 250kVA NXL UPS. The entire project from 1st site visit to completion was performed in 2 months.

TechSite is under contract to provide ongoing Preventative Maintenance (PM) services at three (3) of this client's sites. These services include negotiating and implementing contracts with service providers, producing a yearly PM service schedule, coordinating service vendor work through Method Of Procedure (MOP) documents with vendors and client, coordinating service windows with the client, verifying service vendor work quality, maintaining service documents and logs of emergency services, maintenance services, and open issues, analyzing service work and maintenance trends, reporting to the client on upcoming needs and infrastructure status, utilization, and sufficiency, advising the client on future growth needs, providing emergency procedures documents and responding to emergency situations, and provide the client with a single point of contact for all equipment PM.
