Construction Management

For many projects TECH SITE serves as the general contractor, providing a single source of responsibility for the client. A TECH SITE construction manager is on-site to coordinate daily activities and manage the skilled trades and vendors.

The construction manager oversees communication between the contractors, vendors, engineers and the Owner including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

The construction manager conducts weekly contractor meetings and communicates status to the owner. A TECH SITE construction manager is supported by TECH SITE's full staff of engineers to aid in problem resolution and ensure that field changes are accurately shown on the Owner's final project documentation.
