Service Experience:
Jackie has been working in the construction industry for more than 17 years. She has significant experience in the ergonomics of both workspace and high-tech equipment room design. She has been involved in the conceptual design of many workspaces for companies in the manufacturing, medical and financial arenas. With experience and training in electrical, telecommunications cabling and mechanical design, Jackie has also produced the construction drawings and specifications for these projects. Jackie has more than 20 years of experience using AutoCAD, working in projects needing both 2D and 3D documentation. In the area of infrastructure management, Jackie has assisted customers in the customization and implementation of general monitoring hardware and the Liebert SiteScan Web software package.

Over the past years, Jackie has studied and implemented the latest trends in telecommunications and computer room infrastructure design based on BICSI design standards, TIA-942 'Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centers' and white papers produced by the Uptime Institute and other Data Center-oriented organizations. It is her objective that TECH SITE's engineering team produce critical space designs implementing the most efficient and reliable systems and processes available.
